Force Touch Panels For iPhone 6s Enter Mass Production


According to DigiTimes and as the launch of the all new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus comes closer, suppliers are rumored to have begun shipping the Force Touch panels for the next-gen smartphone. The rumor suggests that the supplies have started shipping the panels in June.

Force Touch is an existing feature that you can currently find on the Watch and MacBook and is a pressure-sensitive technology that will enable future iPhones to distinguish between a tap a deep press and  different actions accordingly.

The rumor was first published by DigiTimes website which have been proven to be reliable in the past.

The  new iPhones (iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus) are rumored to arrive with the same 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch screen sizes, an A9 processor with 2GB of RAM, Force Touch, a faster processor and a better 12-megapixel rear-facing camera.

The overall design of the new iPhones is expected to be nearly identical to the current version ( iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus ).
