Huawei’s Watch is now available for pre-order

Huawei just announced that its long rumored Watch will be available on September 17 with pre-orders starting today.

Huawei’s Watches are available in many different variations starting with a 316L stainless steel with a leather band from (that costs around £227) to a gold-plated steel at $799 (about £519). There is also a ceramic black model with metal link bracelet for $449 (about£295). The prices are in line with rumors we released last week.

The Huawei Watch is powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 and 512MB lashed. The 11.3mm chassis feels a little thick but it comes with a 1.4-inch circular AMOLED screen at 400×400 covered with Sapphire Crystal.

I find the wearable to be one of the classiest Android Wear devices you’ll find out there and comes with 40 pre-installed watch-faces, so you can find one to pair nicely with your iPhone. The Watch also comes with what the company claims to be the “world’s most advanced” heart rate sensor and with that the device makes a great mobile health tracker.
