O2 warned by Business Secretary: “Sort it out”

Sajid Javid, UK Business Secretary of state, has told phone provider O2 to “sort it out”. This follows mass complaints from customers of the large network regarding a loss of signal.
The complaints are coming in from every corner of the UK including Manchester, Bristol, Sheffield and even Northern Ireland.
The company replied by stating it was aware of “isolated” incidents and that users should reset their phones and visit the support section of their website if their issues continued.
Many of our followers were affected and social media was in uproar, most people agreeing that the network’s response was unsatisfactory.
The network replied to the MP on twitter: @sajidjavid Hey Sajid, we just wanted to keep you updated and let you know we are back up and running. Drop us a DM if you still have issues
What are your thoughts? Were you affected? Did the network do enough and respond quick enough? Let us know what you think!
