Samsung allows iPhone users to test drive its new flagship devices

Samsung just launched the ‘Ultimate Test Drive, a promotion designed to get iPhone users switch to its smartphones devices. The promotion includes the all new Samsung Galaxy Note 5, edge+ and edge.

For just one dollar, you can try one of our latest Samsung phones for 30 days with no obligation. Your test drive kit will come with the phone of your choice, an activated sim card, and a step-by-step guide to help you start your test drive. After 30 days, if you buy a qualifying Samsung device, there’s even more love in store for you.

In order to take part in Samsung’s program you need to visit from your iPhone and sign up for the promotion. Samsung tells Engadget that the promotion is compatible with any U.S. carrier. Samsung advertises that users just need to pay $1 for a 30 day test drive but is unclear whether the company will put a hold on ‘test drivers’ credit cards.

Samsung has seen a significant profit and revenue drop to its mobile division following the launch of iPhone 6 and 6 Plus and now the tech giant is trying to find other ways to differentiate itself from Apple by emphasising on faster charging and curved displays.
