Samsung might launch Jet Black Galaxy S7 in December

Jet Black seems to be the hot color trend this year and the next. The Jet Black iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus have quickly turned into a craze that they completely sold out during the pre-order period. With that in mind, the South Korean smartphone maker, Samsung is planning to launch a Jet Black Galaxy S7 in an attempt to compete directly with the latest color option from Apple.

If the report is correct, chances that Samsung will launch the new Jet Black Galaxy S7 in early December. This is not the first time Samsung has introduced a new color option this year. Earlier this month, the South Korean Company released the Blue Coral Galaxy S7 edge in select markets in the world, making it the sixth color edition of the Galaxy S7 edge. Back in April, Samsung also announced a pink gold version of the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge.

The new color Jet Black is expected to help Samsung bolster sales of the Galaxy S7 during this year’s shopping holiday season following the permanent halt in Galaxy Note 7 production. The Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge have been the main focus of Samsung, while the Galaxy S8 launch is scheduled for some time later in 2017. Samsung has been trying to get some attention from customers in the meantime.

In 2017, Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S8. There have been a lot of rumors floating around about Samsung’s next flagship of smartphone. Some reports say that the new Samsung Galaxy S8 might remove the Home button, just like Apple’s rumored iPhone 8.
