Steps to add a new email account to your Mac
Step one: First off, you need to open the Mail app on your Mac. After that, head to the Apple Menu and click on the Mail icon to proceed
Step two: Next up, you now need to select Add Account from the drop-down menu. Once you are done, you will be presented with a list of all email providers you can add to the Mac, so you simply need to select one you want to add to the Mail app. If your email provider is not listed, you need to choose “Add other Mail Account”
Step three: Once you are done, you are now supposed to enter your name, email address and password from the sign-in window
