Step one: Head to Twitter.com in Safari and sign into your account. Once you are done, all you need to do is to click on your Twitter avatar at the top of the page
Step two: Once you are done, you are supposed to click Settings and select Deactivate my account option located at the bottom of the Account menu
Step three: Next up, you need to click Deactivate to confirm and then enter your password.
Once you are done, your Twitter account will be deactivated and you have 30 days to change your mind. After that, Twitter will remove your account permanently from its system, so think twice before moving ahead.
