The Yalu jailbreak for iOS 10.1.1 receives support for iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus and iPhone SE

Last year, Apple introduced iOS 10 which offers new ways to express in Messages app, new Home app, all-new Photos app, News app and more. With iOS 10, you now can do a lot of things you previously considered impossible in iOS. However, there are a good number of reasons to jailbreak your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch running iOS 10.

There is currently no tool available to jailbreak iOS 10 or iOS 10.1.1, but you can jailbreak your new iPhone 7/7 Plus on iOS 10.1 – iOS 1.1.1 using the jailbreak tool called Yalu released by well-known hacker Luca Todesco. However, the Jailbreak tool is now in beta stages and supports very limited number of iOS devices.

According to the Twitter account called @sticktron, the Yalu jailbreak for iOS 10.1.1 now supports iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus and iPhone SE. According to Luca Todesco, the jailbreak tool received a fix that brings support for the aforementioned devices and the fix works properly all of the supported devices.

This could be good news for those who have been eagerly waiting for the Jailbreak to be updated for unsupported devices. However, note that the jailbreak tool is now a work in progress, meaning that it may come with issues that can cause irresistible damage to your device, so we strongly recommend you stay away from the Jailbreak tool until it becomes more stable. The hacker has warned many times that this jailbreak is now aimed at developers and it may come with some serious bugs.

However, if you still want to jailbreak your device, you can download the TSMC fix that brings support for iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus from here and iPhone SE from here. Note that the Cydia Substrate is not working, so very few tweaks will work on your device.
